The nicotine rush you get from snüs is incomparably greater than the one from cigarettes.

It's not nearly as harmful for your mouth as the cigarettes are for your lungs.

Don't get something really strong though. After a few minutes on the strongest snüs I was light headed, vomited and felt nauseous for like an hour.

You should go for a weaker snüs like Lyft, health wise it's miles ahead of regular cigarettes. Also a much better bang for the buck.

Its still going to make breathing more difficult, and the nicotine is no good. The artificial flavors may be bad but the effect would be negligible compared to the nicotine. But yeah its not too bad. I wouldnt use it as a substitute for smoking though its probably just going to make you more addicted.
