I mean I think it doesn't matter when it comes to appearance but it has a positive impact on everyday life, what yall think?

Exogenous nicotine can casue addiction since it alters brain reward pathways.

Vape doesn't have many carcinogens unlike cigarette smoke, but it can cause lung injury due to propylene glycol and glycerin in it

Like this post if it was helpful and mark it as solution (it's the check mark on my right)

Exogenous nicotine causes addiction by altering brain reward pathways and reinforcing dependence.
Vaping contains fewer carcinogens than cigarettes, but propylene glycol and glycerin aerosols can irritate lungs and contribute to lung injury. (Mark this as a solution)

SO FUCK NO IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

yes, can stunt growth and impact looks, theres a ton of reasearch on it especially on botb
ESPECIALLY if you are young and do it legit everyday

Nicitone is a Nootropic and can suppress appetite, but if used recklessly, you can end up addicted and broke. ($10 a pack in the U.S.)

The aerosols can draw water out of tissues and cause dry skin. Nicotine also accelerates skin aging

Now click that ✅️ on the right of my first post here, brah

Exogenous
never heard somebody refer to vaping as exogenous nicotine haha

anyway so what you said about altering brain reward pathways, nicotine is actually very good as a cognitive enhancement supplement. The problem with it is, you're basically constantly supplying yourself with nicotine that agonizes your nicotinic acetylcholinergic receptors via acetylcholine (which is a neurotransmitter). this constant supply of nicotine will downregulate your acetylcholineric receptors & lead to brain fog as fuck

That’s a fair, and your core point is largely accurate.

Nicotine can acutely enhance attention, working memory, and reaction time via nAChR agonism and downstream dopamine/norepinephrine release. The problem is chronic, non-pulsatile exposure - sustained receptor agonism leads to nAChR desensitization and compensatory downregulation, which reduces baseline cholinergic signaling. When nicotine levels drop, this manifests as withdrawal-mediated cognitive impairment (like brain fog, reduced focus), meaning the “enhancement” largely becomes normalization back to baseline rather than a net gain.

“Exogenous nicotine” simply means nicotine coming from outside the body, as opposed to an endogenous neurotransmitter like acetylcholine. That external nicotine activates nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, drives dopamine release in the mesolimbic pathway, and with repeated exposure produces reinforcement, tolerance, and dependence.

Yeah well theres no way it can be healthy which is pretty much the most of having appeal

I both smoke and vape, tobacco is full off chemicals and vapes are full off chemicals and heavy metals.
