Best city, but if you don‘t already live in a city-owned flat it is really hard to be able to move into a new one.

While the rents are extremely inexpensive, because of the limited supply and urbanization, more people moving into the city, you often hear from people that are moving out of their flat charging $1000s from people who want to take over the rent agreement.

Housing, public transportation, healthcare and the abundance of parks is great in Vienna, but I’ve always found the city quite dirty. Too many cars everywhere, subway stations are shady, many hobos all around combined with foul smells

It probably mogs 99% of the cities worldwide but I don’t think it’s really that different from other cities in the region, like Prague, München or Budapest from my experiences
