Just try it yourself it has different results for everyone. Also depends where on your face you wanna use it

Yes it is, I have tried it for a year and no difference and there is pretty much nothing backing it up (mark as solution pls if I helped)

Its just because you’re not highly reactant to it. It gave me a bit of a difference in the first use
