It depends what your circumstance but there is objective increase as we could see in one small breast volume trial that showed ~2.2% increase after 56 days. that tiny ~2.2% could change someone's life forever so no. I wouldn't say that it is cope.

where would u apply volufiline and is it able to give ur eyes a more hooded and sharp look

Amazing question, you'd apply it in the tear throughs (under-eye area) and in the upper eyelid/brow-bone area *but apply it VERY lightly here; so a tiny drop on the upper lid skin or just under the brow to fill slight hollows from fat loss. This is extremely good as it can reduce upper eyelid exposure slightly by plumping the lid skin which will objectively make the hood seem more pronounced/natural. but be extremely cautious as the skin is very delicate/thin and over application risks puffiness, milia or migration to the eyelids which would make them seem smaller or baggy so apply an extremely small amount.

1. in the weeks 1-4 it will be minimal to no visible change for most, the skin however might feel more plumper or hydrated from the lipid boost but there will be nothing dramatic. This is what I called the build-up phase whenever I first started using this

2. Weeks 4-8, this is when you'll see the first subtle signs. The following will occur: Under-eye hollows fill a bit thus causing the sharpening of the overall eye area contrast, this will make the eyes look objectively more deeper set and more defines, by this time if you attempted to apply it to your upper eyelid/brow bone as you asked earlier, you might see a tiny reduction of UEE (upper eyelid exposure) or a smoother lid transition. At this point I had noticed *and many other people that I put this on* start to notice their hood feeling more "supported" much rather than flat. People at this stage *I can also report here* that my *and their* eyes looked way less tired or "more almond" in that type of sense.

3. In the months 2-4 you'll see the peak visible results for volufiline. Your tear throughs plump noticeably (so there is a better concealer hold thus meaning less shadow) upper lid skin WILL feel more softer/softer which will lead to a more pronounced natural hooding (especially if combined with your brow thickening and posture fixes.) At this stage some people report a 10-30 percent perceived improvement in hood sharpness from volume alone!!

4. (Final stage) In the following months which is from 5-6 you will see maximum gains plateau and there is fuller periorbital fat, sustained hood support, and a more sharper eye frame. If it works for you *it objectively will enact changes* results can hold semi-permanently (some fat cells may stay enlarged), but may fade slowly (3-6 months) after stopping unless you maintain a low dose. I believe you could maintain a low dose because the quantity of volufiline isn't that high. I would also highly recommend mixing this with castor oil/squalane for better penetration. Now, fi your hollows/fat loss near the eye area are moderate you will see faster (4-8 weeks) results. Now, if already in good volume, the changes are going to be more subtle, but if you take volufiline there will be an objective change as I had previously stated ~2.2% of increase in fat production (cells) near that specific sect on where you decide to place it.

well my natural baseline is pale since im of east asian descent but since young ive been swimming every week all the way to 14 years and i never used SPF or any sort of protection against the sun until 18, since then ive started using niacidamide ( on recovery days ) and spf50 ( daily ) and have seen my skin slowly returning to its natural baseline but im not sure what to do for my lips, my lips used to be pink and now its a bit brown because of hyperpigmentaion, also is there more i can do to speed up my skin tone recovering back to its natural baseline? i was thinking at some point i was just going to get it bleached

also what do you think about weekly cheat days? ive had this thing where i would let myself eat what i want during one day of the week to get rid of whatever cravings i have, imo it really helps because it lets me continue staying on track during normal days and stick within my diet

Keep it strictly SPF50+ daily, as you know that would prevent new melanin and lets the existing one fade naturally. (use mineral-based (zinc/titanium) if sensitive; the Korean ones like the beauty of joseon or anessa are popular for no white cast on asian tones!

I would also hihgly recommend bumping your Niacinamide to daily (10-15 percent serum eg., the ordinary or anua) AM/PM, this is like gold for hyperpigmentation, you can also head over to the studies! the studies show a 4-5 percent redcution in melasma/dark spots in 8 weeks.

Now something that I see that you're not applying is the addition of vitamin C which could actually improve the works of Niacinamide! (10-20% stable form like ascorbyl glucoside/THD!) It basically is an antioxidannt that brightens and blocks new pigment. As previously suggested, it is a synergy whenever it is paired with niacinamide.

I'd also recommend gentle exfoliation and Tranexamic acid (serum/cream, 3/5%) this is very excellent for stubborn sun induced spots (even more in asian skin! It also inhibits melanin pathway.

Now, in 3-6 months you should see noticeable eveness with a full baseline return 6-12+ months if consistent. Just have patience, it is very important in looksmaxxing! Asian skin fades slower but responds very well to topicals. (avoid harsh scrubs, high strength retinoids initially, or sunbeds as they triggure re-bound.)

Well, planned indulgences reduce feelings of deprivation and they CAN helpy ou stick to your plan during the week.. So, think of it like this, if knowing saturday is pizza day lets say you say no to snacks monday-friday, that is a net win for consistency, so you must keep cheat days in a very balanced manner. perhaps have ONE SINGULAR ONE per week and then dont do it again until next week. you must stay balanced.

Ive been using it for over a month now, ive heard effects are „temporary” whatever that means, but I have seen a slight increase in plumpness under my eyes and noticeably reduced uee, its decently cheap and a vial lasts ages so worth imo.

Yes why wait for that shit to work even with the 1% chance that it actually works when you can save your money and work for a month or 2 and get fats grafts

i do have vitamin c products but ive only used it on my face so far i think i shd start applying it to the rest of my body, and also im currently using the ordinary niacidamide on recovery days where im not using AHA/BHA products etc and ill also look into exfoliant

yup ive been sticking to that so its good to hear that its a decent plan, i still try not to overeat during cheat days though
