Is volufiline effective in getting rid of bug eyes?

It's seems like I lack under eye, and many suggested here to use volufiline as a solution

My eye Kinda looks like this jfl

Same even I want to get it but I don't have curry pigmentation around my eyes and my fatpads are fine. It's only visible in 3/4th and side profile for me.

If you have brown skin, it is visible, but not that much in dark skin.

True. I'm pretty dark skinned. Acne and other blemishes on my skin also are pretty much invisible. I guess dark skin has its benefits
