Is walking better than running when leanmaxxing

Walking is enough and low cortisol
 
yes, you can't run for 2 hours everyday but you can walk that much
+ no stress on your joints
+ you can do it on a treadmill while working and get like 18000 steps which means a lot of calories burnt
+ less hunger than running
- it doesn't train your cardio
- you have to spend a lot of time walking, 8k steps is not enough (better than nothing but not ideal)
