For heart you have to jog for losing weight it might be ok but frankly a waste of time. Just run or go up the stairs. Walking is little bang for your buck but YMMV
 
I sure hope it is. I’ve long since given up on religious gymcelling and just rely on stochastic exercise from blue collar labor for my physique and health. At most, I’ll occasionally go for long walks through my city on a free day
 
walking is more than enough if you wanna lean down. when I was in skinny fat hell all I did for cardio was walk 12.5k steps a day and eventually dropped fat

just walk after every meal❤️
 
Depends on how fat you are. If your bf is 20% or over, then do LISS(incline walking or walking), it’s better as you will lose fat but won’t lose as much muscle. But you have to do it for at least 30 minutes everyday
 
For losing fat walking is enough but you will have to walk for a while to burn any notable amount of calories unless you're 250lbs. For heart health you want to be doing zone 3+
