I haven’t worked out in like 8 months and I used to do hardcore cardio and got down to around 11% bf, I’m now around 13-14 and I’m wondering if walking and doing occasional bodyweight exercises, and starvemaxxing is enough to get back down to 11, or do I actually need to break a sweat again and run. And I don’t mean little walks I mean like 1 to 2 hour fast pace walking sessions

Yes, it is. Plenty of IFBB pros at 5% body fat who cut before competitions don't have any other leanmax or cardio routine besides walking on a treadmill for 1 hour a day for that extra 200-300kcal burn (and another 200 or so from clenbuterol, ECA stacks)

The bulk of the progress happens through diet. This way they still get to eat a ton of protein and not feel hungry, but also lose as much as 1,5- 2 pounds of fat each week.

Is it optimal for your health? Not really, there are far better health benefits from HIIT or excercise that raises your heart rate and blood pressure. But as far as body fat loss goes, it's perfectly fine to just walk 1-2 hours a day. That's a very easy, low effort way to burn about 500kcal. Arnold didn't really do any kind of cardio besides occassionally doing 30-60 minute beach runs or jogs.

So with a very strict diet of nothing but minimal carbs, meat and fruit plus walking is enough to be lean? I hate doing actual weight workouts and running as I want to minimize stress with my body

You don't even need to do that

I need hollow cheeks while resting, I only have slight hollow cheeks in good lighting, or by flexing my cheeks,

You don't need to lift hard at the gym to become low body fat. There are tons of +30% body fat meatheads who lift harder than you ever will at the gym, and they will never be lean because they just don't know how to eat at low calories.

Gym workouts do help in cutting, each excercise I averaged at least 400-600kcal burned according to a smartwatch. But the gym is more so for building muscle mass than cutting body fat.

Training at the gym strains the body a lot and isn't really enjoyable as a cardio method.
It's just a necessary evil for building and maintaining muscle mass (which you should do anyway).

Most guys i know looked better before going to the gym cause everybody thought they need to bulk on at least 3500 kcal to get muscles. In the end they just got fat asf

leanmax = eat less

The solution is to stop eating. It takes discipline, but it's the easiest aside from that

Need to see pics before any judgment. If you're sticks and bones cutting more won't give you hollow cheeks.

But to answer your question, yes 30-1 hour of incline walking is enough. If you have more time bump it to 2 hours.

Why won’t I get hollow cheeks if I’m already skinny there are plenty of skinny models with hollow cheeks, I have slight hollow rn but I want more
