i havent done it yet but this man i watch on youtube that is all about semen retention and stuff says that he walks for like 8 or 10 hours sometimes. ill probably start this once i drop down to like 72kg

8-10 hrs of walking is a lot tho, just seems like cortisol and a waste of time.
