Is wanting people who will demand law changes that affect culture in your society to not be there "bigoted"?

Just curious. If I like current laws and want them to stay that way can I believe that foreigners who seek to alter my culture and society should be forbidden not enter my country without bing considered "bigoted"? @thenewhebbe
