i hope you're talking abt buccal fat in general and not buccal fat pads.

Cause buccal fat pads are a HUGE cope when it comes to aqualyx injections (dissolving them makes you age like shit + doesn't do a big difference).

What clav was using in that video was lemon bottle, which is a fat dissolver (one of the worst ones).
If you can use lipolab/aqualyx because they are much better
