Is wearing Chelsea boots NT?

This is mainly a question for people currently in college/uni

could I wear just plain chelsea boots like this to go out clubbing etc. I wouldn't get weird looks or mocked?
I know the majority of people in the UK just wear air maxes but I wouldn't look completely retarded if I wore these?

I gotta say I hate shoes. Shopping for shoes, replacing shoes that wear out, having more than 1 pair of shoes for a given purpose, shoes are gay and a pain and I hate them.

Yes people always look so high class wearing them especially if ur tall. I wear them sometimes but then I wear nice clothes as well. It doesn’t work on trashy style for example

Yeah, works best on slim-fit clothing as well, colouring combinations is important as well, so if jeans and the boots are similar colours it can make you look taller as well, and mixed with a good hairstyle it will look high class

Depends where you live tbh or which group you surround yourself with, it won’t work in a trashy area or town, but it can work in a larger city or university town. I live in a university city of 200K people and I see lots of people wear Chelsea boots

I either wear some nice trainers, or i'll wear some brown boots that are kinda like chelsea boots, but are closer to these ones in terms of style than the ones in the OP (That look very 2010)
