Is Wearing Invisalign retainer going to make palate more narrow and stop forward growth?

I have a really bad maxilla with barely any forward growth and have been wearing a Invisalign retainer for 2 years and I am 16 in the middle of puberty. Will not wearing it help increase forward growth even though my teeth will misalign? What should I do

I already have good teeth due to wearing Invisalign and retainer, my dentist and parents will never let me get braces. And why would I?

My jaw is slightly assymetrical and I have a good jawline, but my nose is pretty much straight down and I have no forward growth. I feel like maybe my retainer in stopping mewing and thumb pulling from working

yes, the goal is to align your teeth. invisalign does NOT promote forward growth, only holding the bones in place while teeth shift into correct positions.
