Is wearing tall shoes worth it if you have long legs?

I’m currently 5’8 with a 33.5 insole (floor to pubis bone)

This means my inseam to height ratio is >0.49 which is very high from what i understand, but with 1 inch tall shoes i became 5’9 with a comical 50% inseam to height. Worth it or not?
