however once you lose this much to get to 20ish% bodyfat your body won't let you lose more naturally, it just starts catabolizing muscle tissue so that you get smaller and stay the same bodyfat
most transformations do use steroids to get below this

I weigh 170lbs
to get 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight that would be approximately 170 grams. How the fuck am I even supposed to eat that much bro?

Yesterday I had a salad, a little cake for dessert, beans, almonds, etc. I hit maybe 70 grams of protein.

2 chicken breast for lunch, 500g ground beef for dinner, that's 150g right there

now yeah .7 seems reasonable you can probably go higher if you wish but it's more about carbs and fats
