Has anyone seen a difference how people treat them after gymmaxxing? Like do you get more respect or IOIs or is it all the same? I have started doing calisthenics just for fitness sake but maybe I should add weights idk.

Females of all species are attracted to more muscular males.

Dialing in everything, Sleep, Nutrition, Supplementation, extremely low Stress, Cardio, Weight lifting, and Infrared light is needed to see the most growth.

But to answer your question, I would still be a virgin and wouldn't have dated half the girls I have, if I never started lifting.

Think of Lifting as Part of Looksmaxing, and looksmaxing as part of SMV maxing.

Don't neglect other areas like money, status, face, dental, eye area, hair, ect. But do Lift. It's fun. It feels good, and people treat you better including guys.

I get MUCH more respect from both guys and girls with higher muscle mass. And more IOIs from women.

I will try and stick to it. I have always had low muscle mass and that cant be good.

So, the only reason I started lifting weights is because I noticed a pattern, the guys who did the best with women mostly had more muscle mass.

But I recommend you stay natural and don't do steroids. Steroids age you faster, so you won't look as good when you're older, even if the steroids you use is doctor prescribed testosterone.

I was not even thinking about roids. Maybe when I am over 40. I have always believed its ALL face and height. But god damn I dont even look like a man with small arms and narrow shoulders. I will try and get myself to a point were I look like a man at least.

focus on building as much mass as possible naturally, only hop on gear for biohacking or bonemaxxing reasons

I don't recommend doing them at 40. Only people with bad unhealthy habits loose muscle mass in their 40s.

Lifting changes your face. Having higher muscle mass, causes more testosterone in your body. This results in both skeletal and muscular changes in your face, which results in a more masculine face.

This is a big benefit to lifting.

I have noticed that in before and after photos, after people gain decent amount of muscle, their face looks manlier but have always atributed it to neck size increase haloing the face.

Never Hop on Gear. There is far more bio-hacking that won't ruin your health that you can do. Creatine increases muscle mass.

But more than likely Infrared light devices on your ballsack, and your head (brain), etc. Keep learning about nutrition, but NEVER endogenously put any hormones in your body. Your body is carefully balancing biological trade offs to keep you alive.

You can get as big as Herny Cavil Naturally, and you don't need to get any bigger. I was plateaued in my muscle growth for almost two decades, before suddenly packing on 20 lbs of muscle, because I finally tweaked the right thing, and everything fell into place. I thought I had bad muscle building "genetics" but you just need to keep studying.

Look closely at the facial muscles, and bones and you'll see a difference. Bones take much longer to change.

But a big neck also halo's the face. I train neck.

I am interested. What did you tweak bro? Also I read about ballsack and sunlight in test maxxing guide.

You say after almost two decades? How old are you bro? I am 28 and I know I have wasted my prime years but hope its not too late to build a decent body before I grow completly old.

I have grown up doing manual labor so I am very tough in some ways but scrawny. We will see how it works out.

Fixed it for u
A wide frame developes as a result of weight lifting. The bones change structure to support the weight.

Some people may have wide shoulders naturally, but for those who don't they can get them in the gym. However, it doesn't work if you do steroids because the bones don't have time to change. Bone changes are gradual, this is why braces aren't instant.

My biacromial breadth is dead average for a guy my height while bideltoid is well bellow. Measured with large and accurate calipers my machinst friend has.

I took info from a USMC 2010 antropometry study. So I think there is hope to build decent looking shoulders.

I honestly don't know what it was, I'm always tweaking so much. But what I think did it were a few things. One is I stopped counting calories, so I could grow.

Another is meditation before bed. Stress is not Binary. You can be calm, and feel calm and be low stress but not be maximally low stress.

For maximum muscle growth, and anti-aging, you must achieve extremely deep levels of calm and tranquility. This can ONLY be achieved via deep meditation. And done regularly. Doing this before bed is the most important to maximize repair and growth during sleep.

Combine with redlight for a bigger effect, because red light is calming to our biology.

I am an ancient creature who was alive in biblical times.

You have more than enough time.

I have grown up doing manual labor so I am very tough in some ways but scrawny. We will see how it works out.
If it doesn't work keep watching videos on muscle building tips, backed by science ideally. You need many things dialed in correctly, in addition to lifting correctly to get good muscle growth.
