Is Wellbutrin (Bupropion) worth taking for anxiety, inhibition and adhd?

Hello!
At my recent appointment with my psychiatrist, I decided to stop taking Prozac (fluoxetine) due to its impact on my sexuality and emotional numbness. She recommended Wellbutrin as an alternative to address both my anxiety and ADHD without any sexual side effects. I’m wondering if Wellbutrin, compared to an SSRI like Prozac, will lower my inhibitions further? I struggle with abused dog syndrome which I developed in my teens which has caused some social anxiety.
