I havent wet the bed in like 7 years, but the last time it happened i remember it being home alone in my moms bed

Most people don't wet the bed without some level of brain activity. Even if you're not having a vivid dream, your brain is still processing signals during sleep. Bedwetting can happen because the brain doesn't fully wake up in response to a full bladder, which is somewhat similar to how sleepwalking occurs parts of the brain are active while others remain asleep. So it doesn't necessarily require a dream, but it usually isn't happening with the brain completely "offline" either.
