Is what I see in the mirror accurate? I know of lens distortion, but what about the mirror?

Want to add to it, when I look at people through the mirror they look the same as they do normally so

depend cause the miror is mostly accurate but the lightning for example in the bathroom can improve a bit how you would look outside

In the mirror I look average if not above average. On photos/videos I look almost subhuman. It destroys my self image.
