Is white sugar sugar actually bad for you?I heard some opinions that it is not bad unless there are like some processed stuff or some artifical colors

Yes straight sugar is bad for you in high amounts. A couple grams isn’t the end of it all and there isn’t usually artificial colours in straight sugar. In candy and stuff like that where sugar is used as an ingredient, maybe. Check the ingredient list on whatever products you buy. Mark this as solution by pressing the tick

No,Asoka just farms solutions without acutal knowledge, white sugar is not bad and spoonable, if u eat something like gummy bears, its not gonna be bad for u in puberty , out of puberty u should consume sugar oberall seasonly which tells us alot about sugar and that its not essential for life jut easy sugar is much more efficient then complicated sugars like fructose
