Is Wide lower third Ideal for dead eyes/below average Eye areas and narrow lowerd third Ideal for above average Eye areas?

I noticed this on some guys in the rating section, narrow angular lower third doesnt look like a failo if the guy has a good Eye area

Narrow lower third is never ideal it’s just that a good eye area can compensate it… this shouldn’t even need to be said.
