It's not cope but it won't look aesthetic unless you have a wide jaw bone to begin with. If you have a narrow jaw it will look bad. Also make sure you don't have an under/over/cross/openbite as you may develop TMJ or other issues due to malocclusion.

my jaw is wide as fuck and I have ridiculous masseturs from roids and tooth grinding (I broke 2 teeth so far from them)
