Im 5'11, with a 6'3 wingspan, does that mean ill be 6'3 ? does the wingspan is somehow related to the final height or not at all ?

wingspan is usually 2 inches longer than a persons height. If you have a long wingspan for your age then it could be an indication that you'll grow more but no guarantees

Nah not 6‘3 but you will still grow at least 2 inches
