All surgeries post here seem to indicate so.

It seems like a must requirement? Has anyone here who done jaw surgery or jaw realignment been allowed to bypass this?

its not a must as far as i know

Wait what? Are they gonna create even more room or something for teeth why remove one

In the vast majority of cases yes, they will require to extract all your wisdom teeth

Standard jaw surgery does not create room for more teeth.

They remove the bottom ones because the wisdom teeth are where they need to make the cuts. They can do it during the bimax. It's not a big deal (although it's slightly more risky because it opens you up to infection).

This "DON'T REMOVE WISDOM TEETH OR YOU WILL DIE" is one of the biggest PSL myths ever.

Fax, “I’m recessed ever since I got my wisdom teeth removed.” No you were recessed before, that’s why you needed them removed.
