Wolff's law = Stress your bones and they get stronger (according to biology)

So if I lift harder my bones will get stronger ? or am I doomed to peak at not even 2pl bench due to being a wristcel framelet ?

Another example would be that I have a thicker piece of bone on my right middlefinger due to holding my pen wrong while writing.
 
How much are you benching now? And I don't understand what benching has to do with wrist girth. Are you worried about your wrist snapping?

And, yeah, bones do get stronger from lifting.
