on this machine kinda hurt, i do dropsets as well so my muscles are burning by the time i finish my sets. feels good in a way though
 
Motivation for anything is difficult. including eating and drinking.

So the difference between working out is not really there.

It all feels the same. Just do it until exhaustion and get back to rotting chillaxing :Comfy:

Like a humanoid robot or an imaginary cog in a well oiled machine without feelings.

You need to give your body the right stuff tho and monitor it's condition.
 
Nucleus overload is hard. Working out same muscle everyday is high effort as addition to ur 5 times a week sessions.
Nutrition is way harder especially in the beginning.

Depends on the exercise. Lifting weights feels fine and leaves me feeling refreshed, but anything that's done using own body weight feels incredibly miserable to me.

Took dmaa yesterday and blasted hardstyle in my airpods

Was about to leave the shoulder raises machine because the last dropset was really hard, I stood up and realized I was a pussy so I sat back down and did 10 more reps

No it makes me crash hard which is perfect because I lift late at night

Idk if it makes me stronger but it keeps me going past the pain, I do low weight high reps (like 20 reps then dropset another 20 reps type shit)

I rarely PR because I'm training for hypertrophy and lift alone usually, so I don't bother. But many people take it for PRs.

Dropsets are so peak for hypertrophy and the pump :love::love::love:
