I've seen it promotes growth hormones, mainly just for the muscles you damage that will be repaired, not nesseciarly bone growth.

He’s wrong because raw meat can make you sick with bacteria or parasites and the “health benefits” aren’t proven cooked meat gives the same nutrients safely.

Yes. Lifting heavy within reason won’t make you shorter, but it won’t make you taller either. You’re still capped.

He just talks nonsense. Raw meat isn’t gonna cure your acne (accutane will), and going full keto is dumb, especially if you work out. Carbs are literally your main source of energy and help with gains. No kid should be eating keto only.
