Is working out good for growing height at 13? I'm 5'4 (163cm)

I plan on actually finding a good split but for now i just do what i like to do.

dont lift weights and try to move around/stretch as much as you can, ex. cardio or cali workouts
since ur really young u should focus on making sure that you're super flexible and have a good diet, emphasis on the diet

lifting weights prepares you to sit in a chair and get cucked, don't do that

its not gonna make u taller or stunt ur growth (ppl will say that) as long as u got proper form and u dont train like a retard (aka ego lifting), how tall are ur parents and when did u hit puberty btw?
 
Just do calisthenics if you can. Like if you aeent fat and shit. Go the the gym 1x2 a week tho for hyperteopghy, but being able to control your vodyweight is a pussy magnet.

Working out will help in developmwnr and wknt stubt growth. In fact, tge conditiona fir mhscular growth align with bone growth so sleeping 8-10 hours, eating high protien and all that shit helps you grow taller as well

u will likely continue to grow but dont get ur hopes up too much because ur mums height may be nerfing u
