Working night shift shortens lifespan by 10 years.

Blue collar workers have a 10 year shorter lifespan than white collar workers.

Working in the sun is high T. But working long odd hours surround by industrial toxins will shorten your lifespan by 20 years.

I'd say doing it part time 25-40 hrs a week while avoiding night shift (sunset to sunrise) in a non physical type of job while getting adequate sun exposure is ideal.
