Is Wraparound implant pure cope?

Looking to conservatively augment my jaw.

As @KEy21 said, the plan of action is to get bimax and fillers.

Most wraparound implants I have seen look pretty shitty, but apparently custom Jaw angle implants look more natural?

They look shitty when

1) you're recessed

2) You get off-the-shelf implants instead of custom ones

3) the gonions become wider than the cheekbones (should be the other way around)

also, what makes you think this will be significantly better looking than this one?
