Is yelling at the road while driving low iq?

Since I can remember, my mom has always yelled at people while driving. The thing is, we are in an enclosed space and they can’t hear us. Obviously.

Is she low iq? I feel like she’s unnecessarily angering herself over something that she literally can not control.

I understand being mad sure, but yelling when nobody can hear you? Doesn’t make very much sense to me.
