Long faces, softer features like gonions and chin (Jeffrey has a slightly taller and more trapezoid chin), skulls on the taller side, same supraorbital slight-negatively tilted hooding, same mouth proportions, same frame/shoulder to shoulder, mandibular angle is tighter, Justin is known for his forehead, look at Jeffrey's. One got molested by Hollywood, the other one is the perpetrator, both millionaires/billionaires.
