Is zero female attention normal at mid to high LTN?

Been wanting to hardmaxx for the last year. In college did not have a good experience and got zero female attention. Found it hard to make friends too. Even though I was a transfer student, feel like my face made it much harder to befriend people. Was this a normal LTN experience pretty much? And is not getting looks from women at this looks level normal?

My parents say ur handsome and just be confident. Get a mustache and where glasses lol. Trying to convince them to get Trimax but they think I’m crazy. I’m 22 btw.

I even did therapy which my mom forced me to do, and crazy enough the therapist said to do the surgeries, as he said it would improve my self perception and make me happier which was very helpful and made me feel like I’m much less crazy. I speak to him over the phone but still very helpful.
