hello, i'm looking for a very straightforward answer. is zygopushing cope?

by zygopushing, i mean putting your thumbs in your mouth and pushing on the zygomatic bones from the inside, similar to thumbpulling.
although, i have also heard the term be used to refer to pushing up under the zygoes on the exterior of the face, to move lymphiatic drainage.
