Taliban's goal is nationalist - they want to rule Afghanistan under Sharia while ISIS wants global jihad and establish a worldwide Islamic caliphate so to the ISIS the Talibans aren't radical enough and are kaffirs. it has do with th fact taliban are deobandis-considered kafir by the salafi ISIS.when I was muslim I used to find the deobandi-salafi beef very funny.

the deobandis are consideredn to have a wrong Aqeedah regarding allah's attributes by the salafis and vice versa.they say they are mushriks to each other.
