The most brutal thing about the Elliot Rodgers saga is that if you looked at the photos of the vigils for his victims, Chads were just using that to fuck more Stacies, and stacies were just using it to virtue signal and get sympathy and attention from chads, and normies were using it to try to get laid unsuccessfully. Like if you look into the crowd there's one chad that was at multiple vigils in the front that has his arms around different girls in each picture.

Even back then hypergamy was starting to creep in. I can't imagine what Elliot would think if he saw the world as it is today. Elliot was manic and crazy but if you look at the environment he grew up in, as well as his parents, it makes more sense why he did what he did. Bad environments and bad parents, combined with lack of socialization and mental disorders produces bad outcomes.
