Allah knows this universe. And we know this universe through our 5 senses working in conjunction with our minds. But Allah knows this universe completely from the beginning to end and everything about it. Allah knows without the aid of senses and a mind since Allah is not limited like us. Allah's knowledge is perfect, since He can answer our prayers knowing the causes which leads to our prayers and the full effects of Him answering our prayers.

Hail Saraswati/Al-Alim! Allah/Saraswati is connected to His creation through His knowledge of His creation.

That is why Allah as the Giver of Knowledge is in the form of Saraswati a female. As female symbolizes prakirti/matter/the universe in Hindu theology/symbolism.

Allah's/Saraswati's knowledge is perfectly clear and free from defaults as He/She is All-Knowing. That is why Saraswati wears a white saree and sits on a white lotus. As White represents clarity.
