I've never been to Armenia, but I've been to Mexico City. Traveled around it extensively, and there are very few 'whites' that you speak of. Calling them a "minority" is an overstatement. Maybe you're referring to other parts of Mexico that have large European expat populations, but they're not Mexican.

Also, Armenians may be dark, but their phenotype is much closer to Europeans than like 99% of Mexicans.
