He is really annoying in cars 1 and 3, a bit less annoying in 2.
Viewers still admire him probably because he is achievementmaxxed and looks good.
I decided to measure his ratios and compare it to other characters but it requires a bit of brainstorm so i will do it later.
Him having red color and blue eyes deffinietly helps. (Red color is associated with long term success in multiple sports)
