This question comes from the fact that “Sub 5” is often used as a worst rating than LTN, wich to me doesn’t make sense. An LTN is someone rated below 4/8 on the PSL scale, wich translates to 5/10 in normie ratings. So technically LTN = Sub 5 since for you to be rated an LTN you need to be considered below 5/10 in the normie rating system (Sub 5).
