when i stopped going out just to daydrink like a degen and started focusing more on gym i became infinitely happier and had a much higher sense of self worth, it also helped my discipline and overall mental clarity from not being under the influence constantly

youre on the right path, just find yourself a group of good friends who you relate to and can confide in, and eventually a girlfriend
