Isolation is depressing

I told myself i’ll isolate myself and not go out to malls or places until im atleast Lhtn isolation for 2 months has drained me so much, Me trying to socialize became harder due to my social anxiety increasing. Never isolate yourself always have a person with you whether it’s family or friends. Or atleast go out once a week

isolation isnt a problem atleast for me, just make sure you leave the crib often

Yes that is a terrible idea. Humans are social by nature. The whole point of maxxing is becoming better in specifically social areas

what type of humilation ritual is this not go out to places until im lhtn ? social and low inhibmaxxing is so important to not appear too much as a nd retard

Fell for someone I can’t risk liking at all currently isolated for the last week.
First day was bad, then on it’s amazing.
Been consistent with the gym everyday some days 2x and once 3x.
Eating less without trying.
Actually made some orders I’ve been putting off for a while.

isolation is ideal for sub htn unless you want to further your depression with negative reinforcement
