I recently had to start shaving more which has lead to more jawline acne, but as starting getting redder closed commidones which I havent seen in months. So I went to my derm to prescribe me a higher dosage of trentnoin cream(before I was on0.025, now im on 0.05) And in 2 days my fucking skin feels worse and I feel more acne coming wtf you jester ass derm. So maybe accutane but I'm 14 and 5'6 hardly and bro and my derm doesnt want ot put me on it bc I am on cefadroxil (antibotic) What should I do i'm tired of being subhuman and my parents and derm wouldn't understand

40mg is normal that’s what i was on

start with 20 for 2 weeks and if that doesn’t cut it do 40 until you see results also it’s better to eat beforehand
