What are the main effects of Isotret and how much would it run me, I’m looking into getting it for my acne

it just harsh on the skin and can be very vulnerable to the sun but if ur from a normal country where its winter rn you'll be fine

the main side effect is that your skin will become perfectly clear and beautiful. being serious, ur skin will be dry asf, but it’s temporary. u must use moisturising cream and spf50++. check your UV index in weather app, >1 means that u need to apply spf, <1 means that u don’t need to use spf, bur use moisturiser. it’s winter now, and dry skin + cold weather would ruin your skin.

It'll dry you out so badly and if you have rosacea make it worse.
