ok so my face is okay when it comes to skin, a pimple here and there (still could use improvement) but my chest, shoulders, upper back and arms are covered in what appear to be pimples? they're red and look like enlarged pores i guess. would a cycle of accutane help with this? i am debating on whether i should "cope" with tret or just "nuke" my shit with isotret. tretinoin just seems like a subscription while isotret seems like a do and not worry about it ever again (in most cases). was anyone in a similar situation and what did you do?
