Today is day 21 of my Isotretinoin journey

Was running 10mg a day, doubled to 20mg on day 16

Skin has been dry, as expected, but my lips have gotten crazy dry, applying chapstick like every 15 min and they woke up cracked and bleeding today for the first time

overall skin has become noticeably clearer, my light forehead acne and texturing were the main issues, and as of right now my forehead is completely clear, have one pimple next to my mouth but that is the only thing on my face

it really is a miracle drug

nah, went straight to isotret. i’ve heard good things about tarazotine but i know nothing will clear acne as well as isotret.

on a dose like 20mg you’re probably not gonna purge, i reacted well but i doubt even with a bad reaction you’re gonna get anything but dry skin
