Rate my skin please. Should I take isotretinoin/Accutane or try first with retinA + oral antibiotics?
Basically I'm following this infographic for acne here
Regarding diet, I was avoiding milk but otherwise I can still cut out some things that would make the skin better
Hygiene was alright, but I could improve it a lot by changing bedsheets more regularly + I was using zero skincare at the time of the picture
On my back, the skin is about 2-3 times as bad, so if I would do topical treatment I would have to apply it there too. Whereas if I just take isotretinoin, I dont have to worry about it, as the treatment automatically effects the whole body.
