Isotretinoin cream?

I got what I thought was normal tretinoin cream, but it turns out to be Isotretinoin 0.05% cream. What is the difference, if any? I am using 10mg isotretinoin per day already. And I am adding azelaic acid 20%. So the intended use was only as a hope of shrinking my nose a little. Is there any chance of the Isotretinoin cream doing anything, or do I just use it as a zit cream?
The brand is called Tretin and is made by Target Pharma from Greece.

iso is something different, its an insomer, not really gonna do anything topical cause you alr got it orally
