isotretinoin dosage change

so i am taking isotret for like a month and (20mg) and since it's a 10mg box i am taking double dose. the first day i took 10mg tho, so now that the box is finished i replaced it with 20mg one and i have 10mg pill that's left in the box, is it ok if i take 30mg tonight and switch back to 20mg tomorrow and remain with it long term?

yes, just wondering if it matters if i take 10mg more/less in a day since i have one pill left that i dont want to waste, then i return to 20mg ED the next day and remain on that dosage.

dosages changes only matter long term i may be half retarded or the adderall is making me overlook it but if you arent swapping doses long term NO ISSUE

just keep a consistent dose best u can its a monthly thing not daily
